I have to figure out a way to do something regularly: pilates or swimming. I have to find a way to fit it into my schedule, regardless of work travel and such. My left leg is going bad, the tingling has crept past the ankle, up my calf and to my knee whenever I sit for more than a few minutes. This is how it started eight years ago, without the intense sciatic pain that I had then. I need to just get up early on Saturdays and go to the pool. If this leg doesn’t motivate me, nothing will.
