Pumpkin pie is always the start of holiday baking for me. Some years I have used pre-made crusts, but not this year. I’m going all the way with KAF, using their guaranteed recipe. This pie may be the extent of my baking until the solstice, so I want it to be really homemade. I’m also planning on making their breakfast scones tomorrow, a way to get us through the day until the turkey’s ready. There are so many things I’d like to bake, I want a kitchen that would allow me to do more than one recipe at a time.
